Please use the following list as a guide:
Breakfast: Jam/Spreads, Cereals – small packets and variety packs, Long life milk, Powdered milk, Tea bags, Instant coffee, Boxed long-life fruit juices.
Lunch/Evening Meal: Soup – tins and packets; Tinned vegetables – peas, beans, carrots, sweet corn, tomatoes, spinach etc. Tinned beans/spaghetti, Tinned meat – stew, chicken, mince, corned beef etc. Tinned tuna, salmon, pilchards, sardines, mackerel etc. Pasta, Rice; Supernoodles, Sauces/Sauce mixes – packets or jars, Soya mix etc for vegetarians, Tinned rice pudding, Instant whip, Custard – tinned or instant; Dried fruit – raisins, dates, apricots etc. Miscellaneous: Chocolate bars, Biscuits etc.

So far this year you have helped us raise over £1,600 pounds just by shopping at your local Co-op.
We are delighted to be able to provide food parcels and activity packs supporting all our families in the community, but we couldn’t do it without you or the Co-op outlets.
