Family Links Course

Join our Family Links Course designed to help all parents and caregivers.

If you are a parent or caregiver and would like to get more out of your family life, then this informal 10 week course lasting two hours per week, will help you start living the life you want.

Designed to help you deal with different behaviours, looks at self-discipline, self-esteem, as well as understanding the choices and consequences of good and bad decision making.

A chance to meet new people, learn new skills, and coping strategies.
